Preliminary Study on Nitrification Inhibition Effect of Novel Pyrazole Compound DL-1

The nitrification inhibitory effect of the novel pyrazole compound DL-1 was investigated by indoor culture method with the widely used nitrification inhibitor dicyandiamide (DCD) as the reference object. The results showed that DL-1 pair The oxidation process of ammonium in soil has a significant inhibitory effect. The inhibition rate of nitrification in the first 3 weeks can reach more than 70%, and the inhibition ability of nitrification is the strongest in the 14th to 28th days. Compared with the equivalent amount of DCD, the application rate is ( NH4)2SO4 1.0% DL-1 decreased the NO3--N content in soil by 26.23%, 33.27% and 23.31% at 14, 21 and 28d, respectively. Compared with the control without inhibitor, soil NO3 The content of N decreased by 71.12%, 69.10% and 55.14%, respectively. When the amount of DL-1 was 2.0% of the nitrogen content of (NH4)2SO4, the nitrification of the soil was further reduced.
