Shandong Gaorui Chemical Co.,Ltd. is located in Nanshan Industrial Park of Qilu Chemical Industry Zone, which is a professional manufacturer of pyrazole series in China, mainly exported to Central Asia, Japan and South Korea, and partly used for domestic demand. (hereinafter referred to as “Gurry Chemical”) has two plants, the west plant set up a set of pyrazole production equipment, with a capacity of 1,000t/a, mainly sold for use as pesticide intermediates and used for the production of refined pyrazole; the east plant set up a set of pyrazole refining and purification equipment, with a capacity of 150t/a, mainly sold for use as pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic-grade pyrazole. It is mainly used as pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic grade pyrazole. Pyrazole compounds are important pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates, and can also be used as the side chain of some photosensitive material monomers, which are widely used in pesticide, pharmaceutical and electronic fields. At present, domestic and foreign pesticide-grade pyrazole products tend to shrink, pharmaceutical and electronic-grade pyrazole and extensions of high value-added, high profit, broad market prospects.
At present, the proportion of refined pyrazole in Gowry Chemical is low and the product structure is single. In addition, the existing pyrazole production device workers labor intensity; crude distillation and distillation recovery section of the condensation efficiency is not stable; synthetic reaction process exists in the instantaneous temperature is too high, the unit consumption of large, flushing and coking and so on. Analysis by enterprise technical personnel can be seen: the existing pyrazole production plant workers labor intensity may be due to part of the process automation is not high; crude distillation and distillation recovery section of the condensation efficiency is unstable may be due to the need to optimize the condensing medium; synthetic reactor filling rate is too high will lead to uneven mixing, reaction is not enough, in addition, the synthesis process will produce a large number of sulfur dioxide gas, there may be instantaneous pressure is too high, The acceleration rate of sulfuric acid droplets and the reaction temperature is too fast will lead to the reaction speed is too fast, the formation of heat accumulation caused by local thermal decomposition of the material, resulting in instantaneous temperature is too high, coking and so on; the reaction is not sufficient, uneven heat and so on will lead to the reaction conversion rate and yield reduction, resulting in an increase in raw material unit consumption.
Based on the problems and market trends of Gowry Chemical's existing devices, there is an urgent need to update and upgrade technology and equipment, optimize process parameters, extend downstream products and optimize product structure. Gowry Chemical intends to invest 20 million yuan to build a project (2204-370305-89-02-213610) with an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of pyrazole and extensions for upgrading and reconstruction. The project is located in Nanshan Industrial Park, Qilu Chemical Industrial Zone, Linzi District, Zibo City, with no new land acquisition and no new plant. After the completion of technological transformation, the capacity of pyrazole in the whole plant will be 650 tons/year, the capacity of refined pyrazole will be 300 tons/year, and the capacity of pyrazole extension products will be 50 tons/year (among them, 10t/a 4-bromopyrazole, 10t/a 4-iodopyrazole, 10t/a 4-chloropyrazole, and 20t/a 1-methylpyrazole), and the total capacity of the project will be 1,000 tons/year. After the project is completed and put into operation, the capacity of refined pyrazole will be increased, the industrial chain will be extended, the added value and profit of the product will be improved, and the application prospect will be broader. The pyrazole of this project can be used as pesticide intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic grade pyrazole.
The project covers an area of about 9150.58m2, with a new labor force of 16 people, a total of 56 people, using three shifts and three running work system, each shift works for 8 hours, the number of working days for 300 days a year, 7200h/a.
