Shandong Gaorui Chemical Co.,Ltd. is located in Nanshan Industrial Park of Qilu Chemical Industry Zone, which is a professional manufacturer of pyrazole series in China, mainly exported to Central Asia, Japan and South Korea, and partly used for domestic demand. (hereinafter referred to as “Gurry Chemical”) has two plants, the west plant set up a set of pyrazole production equipment, with a capacity of 1,000t/a, mainly sold for use as pesticide intermediates and used for the production of refined pyrazole; the east plant set up a set of pyrazole refining and purification equipment, with a capacity of 150t/a, mainly sold for use as pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic-grade pyrazole. It is mainly used as pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic grade pyrazole. Pyrazole compounds are important pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates, and can also be used as the side chain of some photosensitive material monomers, which are widely used in pesticide, pharmaceutical and electronic fields. At present, domestic and foreign pesticide-grade pyrazole products tend to shrink, pharmaceutical and electronic-grade pyrazole and extensions of high value-added, high profit, broad market prospects.

At present, the proportion of refined pyrazole in Gowry Chemical is low and the product structure is single. In addition, the existing pyrazole production unit has high labor intensity of workers; unstable condensation efficiency of crude distillation and recovery section of distillation; instantaneous high temperature, high unit consumption, flushing and coking in the synthesis reaction process. Based on the problems and market trends of Gowry Chemical's existing devices, there is an urgent need to update and upgrade the technology and equipment, optimize the process parameters, extend the downstream products and optimize the adjustment of product structure. Gowry Chemical intends to invest 20 million yuan to build the project of upgrading and reconstruction of pyrazole and extension products with an annual output of 1,000 tons (2204-370305-89-02-213610). The project is located in Nanshan Industrial Park, Qilu Chemical Industrial Zone, Linzi District, Zibo City, with no new land acquisition and no new plant. The transformation will transform the existing unused workshop in the west plant into a new pyrazole production workshop and update the pyrazole production equipment; the existing pyrazole production workshop will be transformed into a refined purification and pyrazole extensions workshop, and one set of refined pyrazole production equipment and one set of pyrazole extensions production equipment will be added in the workshop; the other set of refined pyrazole production equipment will be transformed according to the existing equipment in the east plant.

After the completion of technological transformation, the capacity of pyrazole in the whole plant will be 650 tons/year, the capacity of refined pyrazole will be 300 tons/year, and the capacity of pyrazole extensions will be 50 tons/year (among which, 10t/a 4-bromopyrazole, 10t/a 4-iodopyrazole, 10t/a 4-chloropyrazole, and 20t/a 1-methylpyrazole), and the total production capacity of the project will be 1,000 tons/year. After the project is completed and put into operation, the capacity of refined pyrazole will be increased, the industrial chain will be extended, the added value and profit of the product will be improved, and the application prospect will be broader. Pyrazole of this project can be used as pesticide intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates and electronic grade pyrazole.

The technical reform project is planned to start construction in December 2022 and put into production in April 2023.
